Our adult education institute is located in the beautiful Salzkammergut region close to Lake Traunsee and its lovingly renovated half-timbered house is an inviting place for further education with a feel-good factor. The lovingly renovated garden of the Huemer family is an oasis for our participants for group work or rest periods - a place to recharge your batteries!

As a family-run business in the 2nd generation, every single guest is at the centre of our attention! These are not just empty words.

We offer our training and further education programmes in small groups - usually no more than twelve people. This enables us to look after you personally and take your concerns seriously. As a result, we never leave anyone behind on their journey and always look towards the goal together.

We pass on our daily experience from our counselling practice to the participants in our courses, further training and workshops. Our institute is recognised nationwide as an adult education institution and is Ö-Cert certified. This quality feature enables access to numerous funding programmes.
 

As a competence centre for psychosocial counselling, we pay attention to the world view of others and promote education, a sense of purpose and joie de vivre. Building on these principles, we support our participants in their search for their own paths.

Getting to know and experiencing the methodology of psychosocial counselling first-hand not only changes the participant's life, but also has a positive effect on their family and environment. This is precisely why we follow the systemic approach in our training programmes, which describes the aforementioned phenomenon.
