55th quality circle at the Reichersberg Abbey educational centre
27.03.2025
PRACTICAL AND FUTURE-ORIENTATED
A key highlight was the presentation of a best-practice model for analysing the impact of continuing education, which was developed and successfully tested at Bildungshaus Schloss St. Martin. Speaker Karin Stückelberger gave valuable insights into the development process and the concrete application in everyday life.
The programme also focused on the following topics:
Darüber hinaus standen folgende Themen im Fokus:
- News from internal and external audits
- Relevant documents and templates for audit practice
- Requirements for the management review in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
- Knowledge management for staff changes
- Reflection on the role of auditors
- Presentation of the Audit Plan 2025 and the new ARGE website
New auditors in our ranks
A special moment during the quality circle was the handover of the certificates to the auditors newly certified by SystemCert to Hanna Plank, Paula Ruble, Christine Serajnik and Florian Huemer, who successfully completed the last auditor training at ARGE BHÖ in December 2024. We would like to congratulate our colleagues on successfully passing their certification exams!
The new auditors enrich the diverse skills landscape within ARGE Bildungshäuser and strengthen our joint quality network in the long term.
EXCHANGE AND COMMUNITY
In addition to the professional programme, there was plenty of room for personal exchange, collegial networking and informal discussions - supported by the welcoming atmosphere of the Stift Reichersberg educational centre and warm hospitality.
We would like to thank all participants for their openness, their contributions and their willingness to think about and shape quality in educational work together.
The next quality circle is already being planned - we look forward to seeing you again!
