 ARGE BHÖ annual report 2024
ARGE BHÖ annual report 2024

2024 was a special year for our educational centres. It was characterised by stability, but also by an intensive examination of social challenges. The impressive number of events and participants clearly shows how diverse, committed and forward-looking the work of the educational centres is today.

One outstanding event was the 70th anniversary of ARGE Bildungshäuser Österreich - a worthy occasion to look back on our shared history and at the same time provide effective impetus for the future.

We are particularly pleased that we have not only succeeded in making central topics such as political and social participation, digitalisation and environmental awareness visible, but also in translating them into concrete educational offers. The large number of programmes and collaborations speaks for the high level of commitment and professionalism in our institutions.

A big thank you to all employees, lecturers and partners who make an indispensable contribution to the educational landscape in Austria through their daily work. Your dedication and commitment are the cornerstones of this success.

With this annual report, we not only want to take stock, but also encourage you: Courage to think education further. Courage to shape change. And courage to take personal responsibility and responsibility for our society.

Dipl. Päd.in Ing. Anna Thaller
Chairwoman of ARGE BHÖ | May 2025
